Guru é o pioneiro na fusão entre o hip-hop e jazz. Nesse trabalho de 1993, participações só de músicos de alta qualidade : Lonnie Liston Smith, Branford Marsalis, Ronny Jordan, Donald Byrd, Roy Ayers, N'Dea Davenport (The Brand New Heavies) e o rapper francês MC Solaar.
